You do not have to show up with a ton of expensive outfits to rock a boudoir photo session. Mrs.L showed up with a white tank, some cute panties, and her hubby’s white shirt and tie and few other items. While a lot of her images revealed more than she wished to display online, she was kind enough to give permission to share these images. Once again, I am blown away by yet another woman who is a wife and a mother who holds down a full time job and still manages to take care of herself. Ladies everywhere, you are amazing!

While shooting Mrs.C, I showed her the back of the camera so that she could see how gorgeous her images were turning out. She began to cry and I had to scramble for the tissues. I realized that she did not see her own beauty, like so many other women. We spend so much time criticizing ourselves in the mirror and comparing ourselves to retouched images on billboards, the wall at the mall, and on all forms of printed media. Somehow, the fact that we are gorgeous in our own imperfection gets lost. Today, look in that mirror and tell that goddess that looks back at you that she is HOT. People have always told me I was beautiful on the inside, and that’s what was important. However, 18 months ago, at 280 lbs I had a very hard time believing anyone could find beauty when looking at me. Today, 120 lbs lighter, and with thanks to you, I’m slowly seeing that I’m just as beautiful on the outside. Some would think that after changing so drastically in the physical, I’d have a much stronger sense of self. It wasn’t until I spent the ay with you that I discovered how beautiful I’ve become and how much this journey has changed me physically and emotionally.
